Our martial arts program covers every component of fitness. You will improve cardio, strength, agility, flexibility and endurance areas of fitness through our classes.

It truly is a ‘total’ body workout!

There is no other workout that is so complete and engagin!

One of the best parts of our program is that every student is treated as an individual, and will progress at their ow rate.

Each student’s progress isn’t measured against other students, but rather against their own previous performance!

So even students that aren’t as physically fit as the star quaterback on the football team, can have a wonderful experience in our program, and become stronger, fitter and more flexible.

The great thing about our program is, everyone is treated as an individual.

We have students as young as 3 or 4 and as old as 94.

Since every person is different, the best (and really ONLY) way to see if our program is a good fit for you, is to take advantage of one of our WEB SPECIALS and try it for yourself!

Our program is FUNDAMENTALLY different!

In a typical ‘exercise’ program, you may be getting a good workout, but you’re really not ‘learning’ much of anything.

Our programs will not only keep you excited and motivated because of the  high energy nature of our instruction that always keeps the class fresh, and interesting but you’ll also be learning real practical skills that could one day save your life.

Our students find this learning process incredibly engaging, and challenges them to truly “master” their technique. I guess this is the reason our students stick with our program while previous workouts have failed them.

We know how busy your life is, so our program is designed for the ‘busy’ person! Students can make exciting progress by attending classes an average of twice a week.

Some students will want to attend more classes, and that’s great, we have options for that!

I grew up around martial arts and wanted to find the right balance of expertise, encouragement, and respect for my 5 yr old. When he showed interest in starting martial arts, I set him up to try classes at a handful of studios in Ashburn. Some were small businesses, some were large companies with multiple locations. I was left underwhelmed. We were thrilled when we found Master Kang and Ms. Rachel. The trial class my kiddo had was filled with gentle correction, patient teaching, and encouragement to continue trying. My son loved it, and so did I! The classes provide personalized instruction to aide each ones growth. Master Kang helps develop kids confidence while teaching respect and skills. My little guy has grown in his self-confidence, focus, and respect. Most importantly, he demonstrates a sense of pride in his hard work and always has FUN! He loves going to his classes and I am so thankful to Master Kang and Ms. Rachel for creating such a warm, welcoming environment. We are lucky to have found them.

Master Kang and his wife are very accommodating and welcoming. My 15 & 14 year old girls loved their center. After a few years of having the girls out due to personal reasons at home, we decided to go back to them with our son. Prior to joining their center we had tried other places and my older girls loved them the most. Master Kang is great with the kids and has a great sense of humor, which the kids truly enjoy. My 3 year old son is now a student there and follows Master Kang instructions pretty well. My son was scared the first day of trial, but Master Kang introduced himself and made him feel comfortable and trusted him. I highly recommend K white Tigers. Their prices are unbeatable and the kids will learn a lot from Master Kang. There’s more to it, than just Tae Kwon Do.

K White Tigers Martial Arts is an excellent dojang and aftercare facility. Mrs. Rachel is an intelligent, caring lady who oversees the aftercare and summer camp facility. She has created a warm, welcoming environment where the children are encouraged to learn and have fun. She makes sure that the children understand that academics comes first but when homework is finished everyone can have a good time. During the summer and school break camps, the children go on daily field trips to activities in Washington, DC and around northern Virginia. Trips to museums, libraries and water parks make the experiences educational as well as fun. Master Kang is a top rate TaeKwonDo master, formally trained at Yong In University in South Korea. From his years of training and teaching, he creates an atmosphere of complete TaeKwonDo. K White Tigers is a dojang where all students and all levels of physical ability are welcome. Students are taught the importance of all aspects of TaeKwonDo; the discipline, honor, respect for self and others, self-confidence and well as poomsae and sparring are all important to the study of TaeKwonDo. Because of his studies at Yong In University and his continuing ties to the university, Master Kang has a constant stream of visiting TaeKwonDo instructors from Korea. The instructors are all top rated in their chosen expertise in Korea and bring that knowledge, experience and desire to teach to the students at K White Tigers. The students have a unique opportunity that is rarely available outside of Korea to study with some of the best martial artists in Korea. My son has studied with Master Kang for over four years. In that time he has earned his black belt, but more importantly, he has grown into a strong, respectful, confident young man. My son has gone on to university but he still returns to K White Tigers to study when he is home on school holidays. I highly recommend the martial arts classes, the after school program and the summer camps. Mrs. Rachel and Master Kang truly care about the children in their care and strive to help our children become good citizens of the community and world.

My daughter loves it here! She first started going here for summer camp. She immediately felt comfortable with everyone. Now they pick her up from school (she is ½ day kindergarten) and she is disappointed when I show up to take her home even after being there pretty much all day. She loves the training and I really see the confidence it has given her. The staff is amazingly friendly and my daughter absolutely adores them. Master Kang is fabulous! He has the patience and understanding needed to keep children focused and encouraged. Mrs. Rachel has a wonderful, warm, demeanor. My daughter has a lot of fun here, is learning a great skill, and I feel Master Kang and Mrs. Rachel are great role models. I feel blessed to have found this place.
